Employee Benefits Glance

We offer a comprehensive benefits package to full time staff that covers insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and more. Staff members are eligible to begin receiving most benefits the first day of employment.

  • Health, dental and vision insurance: The monthly premium is a shared cost (pre-tax deduction) between the employee and Strategic Insight, Ltd.

  • SI paid for: Short term disability, long term disability and life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. Supplemental life insurance can be obtained for self, spouse, or dependents.

  • Leave Availability:

    • Holidays - Full time staff members are eligible for paid holidays.

    • Annual Leave - Full time staff members accrue annual leave immediately; at the start of year 6, 11 & 21 accrual rates increase.

    • Sick Leave - Staff members working over 30 hours per week are eligible for sick leave and are eligible to carry over three unused sick days from the prior year.

    • Maternity / Paternity Leave - Staff members are eligible for maternity and paternity leave during the first year the child is with the parents. This leave applies to childbirth or adoption.

    • Bereavement Leave - Available for an immediate family member’s loss.

    • Other Leave - As required for jury duty, military leave and administrative leave.

  • 401K Retirement Plan - Employees can contribute the IRS max and SI contributes a Safe Harbor amount.

  • Flexible Spending Account - Healthcare account to cover out of pocket medical, dental, vision expenses, dependent day care, public transportation, and parking. 

  • Tuition Reimbursement.

  • Parking Support - Eligible employees may receive a worksite parking subsidy.

  • Identity Fraud Expense - Reimbursement coverage and identity fraud resolution services.

  • Referral Program - Bonus for any referrals that are hired after they’ve successfully completed 6 months on the job.
